This is where we begin—a conversation to see if we're the right fit for each other. We'll get to know you and learn about the basics of your financial situation in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Before we meet, we'll ask you to complete our Preliminary Financial Planning Profile so we can make the most of our time together. If it feels like a good match for both of us, we'll talk about next steps.
Once we've both decided to move forward, we dive deeper into understanding your complete financial picture. During this phase, we'll gather detailed information about your current finances, your goals, and any concerns on your mind. We make this easy by working together via email and phone to securely collect everything we need. We'll also have you complete a Risk Profile to help us understand your comfort level, so our investment recommendations truly fit who you are.
This is where things get exciting. Typically 2-3 weeks after completing Step 2, we sit down together to explore strategies tailored specifically to you—what makes sense, when to take action, and how it all aligns with your values, comfort level, and financial goals. No paperwork needed; just good conversation. Here's what we'll cover together:

These meetings give us dedicated time to review the progress we've made together and talk through any changes in your life or financial picture. Because life doesn't stand still, we typically meet 1-3 times each year to make sure your strategy stays aligned with where you are and where you're headed.
